The Samsung Galaxy S22 shows itself (already) in the first 3D renderings

The release of the next generation of Galaxy S smartphones is still a long way off. Very far, even. And yet, the Dutch site LetsGoDigital is today signing a first series of 3D renderings of the Samsung Galaxy S22 in partnership with Technizo Concept.

Still, this gives us a good excuse to start talking about this future smartphone which, according to rumors, could team up with Olympus.3D designs that are unknown whether they are based on industrial patterns or whether they are pure and hard ideas.

Always it is that it gives us a good reason to start talking about this future smartphone that according to rumor could coincide with Olympus.

A Galaxy S22 with well-known lines

Still, this gives us a good excuse to start talking about this future smartphone which, according to rumors, could team up with Olympus. The Galaxy S22 could therefore take the existing Galaxy S21 lines at first view. An stylish smartphone that is characterized by the integration of the picture unit with the device's contours. It was such a triumph that persuaded us when we were holding on.

We can also see that - with the renderings shown here - the front camera will simply have gone, even though it is equiped with a flat screen (the curved display is now reserve for "ultra" models). Or indeed, as the industry fantasised for many years, is it buried below the screen? We wait and see. We wait.

Still according to the results of the collaboration between LetsGoDigital and Technizo Concept, we note that the Galaxy S22 could benefit from S-Pen support. Plausible, when we know in any case how much the compatibility of the  Galaxy S21 Ultra  with the stylus did not make a lot of noise.

Samsung in partnership with Olympus?

No, what really interests us here is the main camera of the Galaxy S22.

This is the noise that has been running for weeks now: Samsung could now co-develop its photo sensors with Olympus. The Japanese camera maker would thus join the long list of its peers to join forces with the smartphone industry to compensate for the plunge in their revenues in their own market. Huawei has indeed offered the services of Leica, Sony and Nokia from Carl Zeiss, and more recently OnePlus from Hasselblad on the  OnePlus 9 Pro .

In the case of Samsung, the details of its collaboration with Olympus are not yet known. But as with the competition, it is assumed that this will be limited to specific settings and features. Samsung is in fact developing the photo sensors for its smartphones itself, and the Galaxy S22 could also benefit from a model peaking at 200 megapixels.

Still, this gives us a good excuse to start talking about this future smartphone which, according to rumors, could team up with Olympus. But a long way still is to be done before what you believe of the future Galaxy S22 can be confirmed or refused. The producer of South Korea should at best not look at the day before, January 2022, if it keeps to its normal timetable. It's time to concentrate firstly on Galaxy Z Fold 3, which will be the first to display the Olympus logo on its back according to LetsGoDigital.
