Any users will suffer unintended crashes due to the new update to Windows 10. After doing such acts, all of them go back to the (fatal) aspect of the Windows blue screen.

In fact, the crash is likely to happen in some applications, including Notepad and Office, when the user calls the printer. The machine shows an error screen with "Your computer has a problem and needs to restart."


Microsoft is also aware of this issue and confirms on its official web site that trying to print can trigger a blue screen on your PC in some circumstances. "We're now researching and updating as soon as we've got more input," the American giant explains.

This error will influence different printer brands such as Ricoh, Kyocera or Zebra. The only way is to disable the new Windows 10 update while waiting for a patch to arrive.
