The recent 5,000 American SellCell study confirmed that iPhone's brand loyalty has reached an all-time high of91.9%, up by 1.4% from the previous year.
Former owners of iPhones quoted three major reasons for switching to Android: improved displays, cameras and bigger batteries. The users have noticed that they like to adjust the variety in the development and the openness of the Android operating system.
As far as brands are concerned, half of iPhone users want to update to Android have Samsung, while 30% choose Google Pixel smartphones. This said, Samsung's brand loyalty fell from 85.7% in 2019 to 74% in 2014.
The positions are split in the list of the world's most successful smartphones: the iPhone 12 is first with 17 percent, followed by the iPhone 12 Pro Max with 12.7 percent (11.4 percent ).
